No Returns – unless items are certified not authentic or significantly not as described; and must be reported to us within 7-days of receiving the purchase.
Trove of Luxuries is not responsible for import taxes if imposed. Some countries have more strict guidelines than others, so please check your country’s policies. Duty taxes are the responsibilities of the buyers.
All items are pre-loved (used) and sold as-is.
Shipping
World-wide shipping with Tracking. Shipped from Japan.
We ship within 48-hours from order payment.
Please allow about 4-days from our shop, to your door, from ship date.
We cannot change addresses on orders once they are placed; that is a condition set by Paypal company.
If a shipment is lost or damaged in transit, the customer shall be responsible to file the claim with the shipping company; and together WITH Trove of Luxuries, we will keep track of the claim for successful outcome. If a customer initiates forwarding of the package, the sole responsibility to recover
the package becomes the customer’s responsibility.
